Kingsley has built his career helping both individuals and businesses make sense of an often complex market, with over 12 years of experience in the health insurance industry. Before establishing Elective Health, he gained valuable experience working with some of the UK's leading insurers, including AXA, where he developed a deep understanding of both corporate and personal healthcare plans.

Kingsley co-founded Elective Health with a vision to change the way insurance advice is delivered; putting transparency, clear communication, and genuine care at the heart of every client relationship. He takes a proactive approach, ensuring clients always feel supported, informed, and confident that their cover is the right fit.

Known for his straightforward and honest advice, Kingsley is passionate about helping people find tailored solutions that truly meet their needs, without jargon or unnecessary complexity.

Outside of work, when he's not working, Kingsley loves spending time outdoors with his loyal Rhodesian Ridgeback, Otto. Whether hiking or exploring new places, he enjoys staying active and embracing adventure wherever he can.

With more than 12 years of experience in the insurance sector, Louis founded Elective Health after working for one of the country's leading brokerages and AXA Health. His goal was to create a business that delivers insurance advice with greater transparency and a personal touch.

Throughout his career, Louis has supported both individual and corporate clients in securing the most suitable insurance solutions; whether that's through reducing costs, improving coverage, or offering clear, straightforward guidance. His expertise lies particularly in SME insurance, and he works with businesses of all sizes, from small teams to large organisations with hundreds of employees.

Respected for his honesty, precision, and dependability, Louis has built long-term relationships with his clients, who appreciate knowing they can rely on him whenever they need support. He firmly believes that the best advice starts with a deep understanding of each client's unique requirements. Outside of work Louis is passionate about fitness and an active lifestyle. He enjoys playing football and going for runs with his Spaniel, Kobi. When he's not exercising, he loves travelling and discovering new restaurants, always on the lookout for fresh experiences and flavours.
